Andrew Kadish is the Chief Executive Officer of CAPREIT, a vertically-integrated multifamily company responsible for the ownership and management of more than apartment homes across the continental United States.Andrew is recognized as a thought leader by multifamily colleagues and business partners. His comprehensive experience in affordable and workforce housing has paved a path as a trusted figure in the apartment industry. Andrew has been interviewed by dozens of publications as well as been invited to the White House to share his knowledge and expertise. In celebrating CAPREIT’s 30th anniversary, Andrew is humbled and honored to serve as the second-generation leader of CAPREIT after his legendary predecessor, his father, Dick Kadish. Andrew consistently aspires to emulate the integrity of his dad in pursuing new growth and opportunities for CAPREIT. To that end, Andrew preaches CAPREIT’s five core values to his team members daily: Family, Accountability, Communication, Excellence & Integrity (FACE IN). Andrew is a diehard Washington sports fan and freely admits he cried tears of joy when his beloved CAPS won the Stanley Cup in 2018. In his time off, he enjoys hiking with his family, smoking meats on his Yoder smoker, and a great glass of red wine.
