Highways Discipline Lead Lower Thames Crossing Tunnels and Approaches contract.Previously DSR Silvertown tunnelI led the highway design team for the A465 section 3 dualling project. I was also the Project Manager for the associated De-trunking Scheme. I was the Lead Highways Engineer for the Welsh Government M4 CaN ECI scheme. I have previously designed high speed rail in the USA and highways in Ireland.
