I am a Capability Development Manager at US Army, where I lead a team of six staff members focused on organizational, people, and career development for Special Operations units and soldiers. I have over 19 years of experience in Special Operations, serving in multiple combat and operational deployments to various regions, and holding many key staff roles in support of the global war on terrorism.My core competencies include operations management, budgeting, planning, inter-personal communications, and presentation coaching. I advise senior Special Operations leaders on modernization strategies to address the military\'s changing needs for new national security priorities. I also supervise the integration of training, manning, and equipping processes to facilitate a transformation to face the greatest threats to our nation. I recently graduated with an MBA from Sloan at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I expanded my knowledge of business administration and management. My mission is to leverage my expertise and education to modernize, resource, and equip Special Operations units and soldiers for the future.
