I manage complex tenders from £10m - £150m+ Working with a team of operational directors, design managers, estimators, planners, M&E managers and content designers, I am responsible for:\\\\n\\\\n- Leading the bidding process; launching the tender, setting the bid schedule, leading meetings, workshops & Client engagement, progress tracking, risk & opportunity management\\\\n- Active engagement with the client team throughout the tender period (The EA, Architect, Engineers etc)\\\\n- Producing complex, high-quality & bespoke submission content for PQQ & tender submissions, mid-tender interviews, post-tender interviews\\\\n- Managing the input of the whole team, from directors to administration staff\\\\n- Managing external input from additional consultants and subcontractors\\\\n- Managing the specialist production team, such as graphic designers, 3D modellers etc\\\\n- Managing the tender query process\\\\n- Developing bid improvement strategies to stay ahead of the competition\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
