I\'ve always been fascinated by technology; from hacking my dad\'s IBM PC in the 80s to today\'s world of many clouds, I\'m driven to help people get the most from technology.My career, from IT Helpdesk, IT Account Manager, Trainer, Project Manager and Salesforce Administrator has centered around this goal, for small businesses, large multi-nationals or government agencies, I\'ve constantly worked to improve processes and IT knowledge.I work to understand processes, using data to define and improve them. All too often I\'ve seen \"the solution\" delivered without checking if it answered the question. Technology should simplify our lives, not complicate them.All challenges accepted!
