As a contingent Project Manager my primary role was to simultaneously manage multiple EU MDR Remediation projects at different stages of planning and execution. Lead ten small-scale, developed, or mature programs with well-defined program plans and delivery methodologies to remediate product technical files for compliance with EU MDR. Obtained stakeholder engagement to ensure the required resources are committed to project. Was accountable for overall program process, performance, and customer satisfaction. Provided input to establishing program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets. Solved issues through information exchange, influence, and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties on program execution plans. Lead, directed, and reviewed the work of a teams of professionals in the exercise of their assignments.
