ABOUT ANDREW J.
I devote my practice to estate planning and estate/trust administration. My work often intersects with estate and gift tax planning, guardianships, estate and trust litigation, and charitable giving. In addition to will and trust planning, I also work with clients to create advanced health care directives, powers of attorney, business succession plans and other documents to round out clients\' estate plans. Our firm helps executors, trustees, and family members settle estates and guides clients through the probate, administration, and/or trust settlement process.Before my current role, I served as a Trust Officer with Wilmington Trust (M&T Bank), where I worked with fiduciaries and beneficiaries to effectively administer trusts, including revocable and irrevocable family trusts, Insurance Trusts (ILIT), special needs trusts, and charitable lead/remainder trusts. I hold the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certification from the American Bankers Association. I am also an associate member of the IndependentTrustee Alliance (ITA), a professional association of trustees, fiduciaries, and family consultants who operate autonomously or within family offices.
