ABOUT ANDREW J. NOEGEL
Real Estate agent with RE/MAX United- The Tom Didier Team and Co-Owner/CEO of Renters Warehouse Milwaukee, LLC. Andrew started his Real Estate career as a college intern with the Tom Didier Team and received his RE license upon graduation. While attending the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with an emphasis on marketing, Andrew realized his fascination with Real Estate. The job market and corporate America wasnt looking too promising for hiring recent college grads at the time, so Andrew turned to his home town Real Estate leader for advice. Shortly after and upon graduation Andrew obtained his RE license and became a member of the #1 sales team in the area and hasn\'t looked back since! Shortly into Andrews career he and his business partner saw a niche for property management and ultimately single family rentals. They started and operated, Premo Property Management for a few years managing residential properties and growing the company to a point that needed to be scaled. In 2014 Andrew was introduced to Renters Warehouse, a national franchise model expertly serving everyday single-family home owners and investors to lease and manage their investment properties. Opening in August 2014, Andrew is co-owner and CEO of Renters Warehouse Milwaukee and most recently expanding to the Fox Valley in 2016. Andrew enjoys helping his clients in all facets of Real Estate and continues to work with buyers, sellers and investors in obtaining and managing their real estate investments.
