My foundational principles are a belief in our people, honesty and integrity, communicate early and often, Stakeholder alignment, a determination to deliver with a \"Can-Do\" attitude, and continuous learning.Some of the most significant and satisfying project successes include being apart of the project leadership team delivering the $8bn Whiting Refinery Modernization Project, developing and implementing a project recovery plan for the $50M Western Operating Area Scada project, building a multidiscipline engineering team to deliver greater IT bandwidth through the installation of IT network hardware, hybrid fiber-coaxial networks, transceivers, amplifiers, firewalls, routers, power supplies, and switches for Anchorage, Nome and Kotzebue Alaska, as well as delivering IT SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS Projects. The depth and breath of my project experiences stretches from medical applications, compounding and manufacturing of polymers, software development projects, new business development, telecommunications, refining, and exploration production assets. My capabilities include training in Agile through BP and Lean Six Sigma through Kraton Polymers.
