Moved into a Microsoft Specialist role through Intercity\'s acquisition of Centrality. My primary focus is on introducing Microsoft cloud solutions - Modern Workplace, Security, Azure, and Power Platform - into new business and Intercity’s portfolio of managed and whitespace accounts, encompassing over 800 SMBs and multiple enterprise customers across the UK. Operating as pre-sales technology and Microsoft specialist product overlay, supporting the broader sales team by driving a consultative selling approach. I am responsible for achieving a Microsoft sales target that spans Managed IT, Cloud, and Security, with a core goal of enabling Microsoft cloud adoption and aligning customer technology roadmaps to identify and create sales opportunities.
