Andy Hytlin is a seasoned executive with a broad range of both private and public company leadership experience through several financial cycles over 40 years. Mr. Hyltin primarily makes new investments through his family office, IVEST Hospitality, which he formed over 30 years ago to create, acquire or operate companies in the real estate, financial services and hospitality sectors. In 2016, Mr. Hyltin formed ProParks an attractions company that acquires, develops, and manages water parks and family entertainment centers and development of a motor sports complex in Orlando.Mr. Hyltin has also served in various positions during his career with CNL, currently serving as Vice Chairman to CNL Holdings. Additionally Mr. Hyltin served as CEO of four public reporting companies two Real Estate Investment Trusts, a Business Development Company and a Mutual Fund with partners including KKR, Macquarie, Blackrock, and CBRE.
