I handle all aspects of professional negligence and regulatory work including claims concerning solicitors, accountants, auditors, actuaries, investment advisors, surveyors and insurance brokers. I also undertake defendant work for business and individuals who self insure, are uninsured or who operate insurance with large excesses. My particular expertise is in consumer protection, personal injury and property damage claims.I am recognized by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 publications. I am an accredited mediator (ADR Group) I am a Member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and also a Member of the Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers
