Andrew leads the Valuation and Lease Advisory teams based in Jones Lang LaSalle\'s Exeter office and specialises in rent review and lease negotiation including Expert Witness work in respect of mainly commercial property throughout the South West of England for both occupiers and landlords.He is experienced in dealing with all types of property and the full range of estate management issues including valuation, rating, acquisitions, disposals, easements, covenants and compulsory purchase issues. An experienced negotiator with extensive involvement in both commercial and residential property valuation for all purposes, Andrew has an excellent understanding of the dynamics of the regional property market and is regularly called upon to provide valuation consultancy advice in connection with various strategic development and regeneration projects.
