Built and Maintain the GFT Design System and Style guide that was used across Citi Insight Reporting Project. Collaborated closely with marketing to design the company’s brand identity, marketing collaterals and packaging design. Participated in requirements development and planning, translated business requirements into intuitive application interface solutions. Leverage research, customer journey maps, personas, internal processes and tools, and the employee experience to understand the current state customer experience Attend meetings with project teams, provide feedback on business requirements, present information architecture and interface design deliverables, communicate best practices to project stakeholders.
