My trial support practice can include the drafting of Complaints, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, Daubert motions, preparation for trial (such as motions in limine & jury instructions/jury verdict forms), litigation support at trial (such as being at trial for opening and closing, and directed verdict motions), and post-verdict work.

ABOUT ANDREW HARRIS
I have been Board-Certified in Appellate Practice since 2011, and am AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell. I have been lead appellate counsel in hundreds of appeals throughout Florida\'s appellate courts & the 11th Circuit. I work on a wide array of appellate matters, including extraordinary writs, interlocutory appeals, plenary appeals, and consult on appeals handled by other attorneys. My passion is handling personal-injury and wrongful-death matters - for plaintiffs only. I also handle appeals & provide trial and litigation support in complex marital and family matters, trust and estate, and commercial matters. I also maintain a very active trial and litigation support practice across Florida\'s state and federal courts, assisting trial attorneys in providing legal research + writing at any stage of a case. I love to share my knowledge and expertise in CLE programs across the State. If you have a Proposal for Settlement question in one of your cases, for better or worse, call or email me. No one thinks or knows more about this frustrating area of the law than me! I serve on the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association, and am the Vice-Chair of the FJA\'s Amicus Group, which collaborates with attorneys throughout the State in filing amicus briefs in cases that address important, state-wide issues. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach Justice Association, the largest local Trial Lawyers\' Association in Florida. I was the President of the organization in 2023. I helped found and lead organization\'s CLE program, with weekly Zoom webinars to our members and plaintiffs\' attorneys and legal assistants across the State. I founded my Firm in 2020, and our growing Firm is always interested in connecting with other appellate attorneys in an Of-Counsel relationship. I love to handle Pro Bono or \"Low\" Bono cases for the right issues and the right clients. I am most passionate about all my A\'s, my wife, Adele, a trust and probate attorney, our human daughters, Anne + Alexandra, and our Mini-Goldendoodle, Arlie.
