Supported Solution provides training and consultation to those in the supported employment field, focusing on customized job development for those experiencing developmental disabilities. Supported Solution\'s mission includes promoting and advocating for best practices for those in the field of supported employment to improve outcomes for participants in our programs. Over the past year I have: • Developed curriculum and performed seminars for specialized job development training, job coaching, discovery, and fading techniques• Provided training in customized job development and design for Supported Employment Consultants in Washington State at both an agency and county level• Networked with county Division Directors and nonprofits to introduce training to new markets across the state of Washington and into other regional markets seeking to improve job development outcomes• Provided direct employment services to numerous clients experiencing a wide range of disabilities through the Division of Vocational RehabilitationThe CEO serves as chief executive of Supported Solution and is responsible for the success of Supported Solution. The CEO assures Supported Solution’s relevance to the community, the accomplishment of Supported Solution’s mission and vision, and the accountability of Supported Solution to its diverse constituents and stakeholders. The CEO provides vision and direction to management, employees, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the company meets its goals and is successful in its mission.
