ABOUT ANDREW HANSON

I am a Associate Technical Designer at PISTOLA Denim, a premium denim brand that offers contemporary and vintage-inspired styles. I collaborate with production managers, pattern makers, and vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in the technical specifications and samples. In this role I also use my extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, and flat sketching, to develop tech packs, shipping instructions and folding methods that reflect the brand\'s vision and identity. With over 18 years of experience in the fashion industry, I have a passion and a flair for design, fit, and innovation. I have worked as an Assistant Technical Designer at Torrid, a leading plus-size clothing brand, where I contributed to the development of garments that fit and flatter diverse body types and styles. I have also managed the production workflow and timelines for various clothing lines and clients as an Assistant Production Manager at Euphoric Colors. Additionally, I have run my own clothing business for 17 years, designing and selling custom-made garments that speak to the personality and preferences of the customers. My mission is to empower and celebrate people of all shapes and sizes through fashion, and to contribute to the innovation and growth of the apparel industry.
