In this role, I am the ‘go to’ person for recruitment activity within the business. I work independently with the freedom to be proactive and use my own initiative. Working alongside the business and our HR team, I help shape our ever-evolving approach to resourcing, ensuring that we attract and select talented and diverse people. I play the pivotal role in expanding our social media activity to engage potential recruits, working closely with our Communications team. Main Duties include:Support the hiring of talent in a multi-disciplined organisation based across several sites.Help to identify and source the talent the business needs to support current and future plans, building a pipeline of passive and active candidates utilising your market knowledge and networks.Promote innovations to enhance the customer experience for candidates and hiring managers.Daily use and recruitment administrator of Workday Applicant Tracking System (previously Oracle Taleo Business Edition).Manage our Graduate, Intern and Apprentice recruitment and selection. Work with the wider HR team to develop and enhance recruitment related projects, eg intern and modern apprentice recruitment, international recruitment, hiring manager training etc.Design and implement recruitment campaigns, including those to increase the diversity of candidates.Co-ordinate and contribute to corporate social media activity (LinkedIn Recruiter Seat searches, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).Manage the redeployment of displaced colleagues into new opportunities across the business.Provide guidance to the business on UK Visas & Immigration requirements & updated immigration legislation etc. Scottish Water is one of Scotland’s biggest businesses, providing vital services to 2.49 million households and business premises. It\'s our job to provide 1.34 billion litres of drinking water every day and take away 847 million litres of waste water daily.
