About Andrew Hall
As a Director of Data Science and Analytics, I lead the development of analytics products that connect client strategic goals to actionable insights about their organization. My work integrates machine learning, statistical modeling, and app development, translating complex behavioral data into decision-support tools that drive workforce performance and strategy. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, I was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Chicago, where I advised clients on strategy and transformation initiatives. I hold a PhD from Northwestern University, where I wrote my dissertation on the prediction of employee engagement using machine learning and advanced statistical methods. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about wine. I am a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) and currently pursuing the Level 4 Diploma in Wines with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
