My role is to design and implement complex and scalable hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization and customers, working closely with other teams, such as software engineering and operations, to ensure that our infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient.Responsibilities include the configuration, deployment and management of servers, storage, backup and networking equipment, including security systems, as well as developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans. I also monitor and analyse system performance metrics to identify and resolve issues, and I proactively seek out ways to optimize our infrastructure and applications, and improve our processes.In addition to technical expertise, I bring developing leadership skills to the table. I provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, and I work with stakeholders at all levels across the company and our customer organizations, to communicate technical delivery requirements and solutions in a clear and concise manner. Ultimately, my goal is to build a world-class infrastructure that enables our organization to achieve its strategic goals.
