Senior operations and governance leader with a track record of building the systems, reporting and people infrastructure that allow leadership teams to make better decisions, from scratch and under resource constraints For the past four years I have worked across finance, governance, product, people and business development at a boutique ESG and sustainability data provider. Before that, a decade in finance management across defence, global manufacturing and testing and certification, including involvement in two acquisitions. What I do in practice: Design and implement governance and meeting architecture — from team-level forums through to board reporting Build financial control and forecasting infrastructure, including cost-based pricing models, rolling forecasts and management dashboards Lead people management cycles — objectives, appraisals, pay reviews and HR frameworks — across small, fast-moving teams Own product methodology, including QA, documentation standards and regulatory compliance across frameworks including CSRD, SDR, SFDR and the EU AI Act Manage cross-border research partnerships, external stakeholder engagement and client-facing regulatory intelligence Project manage complex, multi-stakeholder deliverables from scoping through to sign-off I helped initiate and convene a cross-sector working group on SDG-aligned investing, bringing together asset managers, academics and data providers through a roundtable hosted by Schroders and convened with UCL and the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network UK. My background combines operational rigour, ESG and SDG domain knowledge, financial management and hands-on data capability across Power BI, Power Query. I am currently studying a MSc in Global Ethics and Justice and a BA in Philosophy and Politics.
