ABOUT ANDREW ANDY GUTTERIDGE

With a track record of leading others, facilitating executive training, a passion for people development and many years of delivering strong business results, I understand the importance of effective coaching and powerful story telling in building high-performing teams. I offer extensive CPG experience in North America and the UK, including national sales, strategic planning, forecasting, and driving sustainable partner relations through genuine collaboration. In the non-profit community, I have for more than a decade worked alongside other directors at a children\'s Bible camp, participating in a powerful legacy of faith filled servant leadership, creating a safe, fun and affordable environment for campers and staff. More recently in my role as Director of Ministry Advancement at Bible League Canada, I am blessed to be able to lead a team of Area Directors in donor relations, fundraising and partnership.
