I have managed High profile public catering areas at events all over the uk. I Started working for Sodexo as a stand manager at Newcastle United and got the opportunity to go and run a small public bar at the open golf back in 2009. Since then I have progressed within the company going from strength to strength and now manage the biggest bar on site at the open golf and have done for the last 8 years. I have also started working other events each year for the last 8 years such as Chelsea flower show and Hampton court flower show. I started looking after 1 retail unit I have now progressed to retail manager and now overlook the whole site for these amazing events.I also work at ascot racecourse and again progressed from looking after one bar to now being an IC looking after around 20 bars and managers and during Royal ascot work within the Royal enclosure gardens looking after several bars and restaurants I have worked events at ascot for over 9 years now. I have worked the biggest events in the UK which include the olympic games on the olympic park south and also the paralympic games managing several retail outlets and being responsible for over revenues of over 1 million. I also managed all of the retail outlets at the commonwealth games at hampden park with great success smashing all targets set out each day. Our feedback from customers on the experience was also incredible.
