I am certified in IRS Representation, and work closely with taxpayers in resolving their tax problems.I also work closely with CPAs, Tax Professionals, Attorneys, Financial Advisors and Planners, and other Business Professionals, to participate in resolving their clients\'​ tax problems. My primary services IRS and State Income, Payroll, and Sales Tax Audit IRS and State Tax Debt and Collections Tax Compliance, including Preparation and Filing of Delinquent tax returns;My philosophy is that a solution exists for every tax problem. My approach is to gain a thorough understanding of the tax problem, and perform a detailed analysis of the client\'s tax history, financial picture, and cause of the problem. I then determine the best solution for the client, including setting up an installment agreement, applying for an Offer-in-Compromise (OIC), requesting Innocent Spouse Relief, and many more. If collection enforcement activity, such as the filing of a tax lien, a bank account levy, or wage garnishment has occurred, I will immediately contact the taxing authority to determine the quickest way to put a halt on the enforcement activity. Within audit representation, I work closely with the examiner and the client to provide exactly what is needed, and no more. I ensure that only the client\'s fair share of taxes are paid and negotiate when applicable. I hold CPA Licenses in both California and New Jersey. I am Bilingual in English and Spanish.
