Main duties include the following- Lead process engineer for select projects- Project budgeting using WinEst software- Manage assigned process engineering team on select projects- Perform Engineering studies, detail design, calculations, schedules, estimates, inspections on assigned projects- Perform Piping design, Pressure drop, Flow rate, and Pump head calculations, Pump selection using Pipe Flow® Software- Provide Process Engineering leadership, quality control, and mentoring and assist with performance evaluations of the select mechanical & process staff- Prepare scope of work, deliverables and budgets for select engineering proposals. For example, Well Water/Industrial Waste Water Treatment/Water Recovery Plants, and Site Utility Proposals for state of the art grassroots Constellation Brands, Inc. brewery in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico- Assist as necessary recruiting process engineering staff- Participate in business development presentations- Oversee recording of process documentation, FM approved fire protection solutions- Mechanical Engineering support when needed. For example, during an expansion of existing Constellation Brands, Inc. brewery in Nava, Coahuila and Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, Mexico.
