ABOUT ANDREW GOULD
I began my legal career in Phoenix, Arizona, practicing in the field of civil litigation at the law firms of Snell & Wilmer and Gallagher & Kennedy. After several years of private practice, I became a Deputy County Attorney, prosecuting major criminal cases for Yuma and Maricopa Counties. I served as Chief Civil Deputy for the Yuma County Attorney’s Office from From there, I served as a Judge of the Superior Court in Yuma County for eleven years and went on to serve as a Judge on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals from 2011 to 2016. I was appointed as a Justice to the Arizona Supreme Court in 2016. After retiring from the bench in 2021, I worked as a Senior Counsel for First Liberty Institute litigating religious liberty cases throughout the United States. In 2023, I became the managing partner of the Arizona Office of Holtzman Vogel, litigating primarily commercial, election, and constitutional law cases.
