I am a senior quality and compliance leader with extensive experience in building, governing and optimising integrated QHSE management systems across large and complex organisations. My expertise covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 44001, digital assurance solutions and the full lifecycle of organisational transitions including mergers and acquisitions.I specialise in creating management systems that are technically robust, operationally practical and aligned to certification strategy. This includes the development of structured SharePoint based platforms, the deployment of digital tools such as EcoOnline and Power BI and the design of workflows that bring clarity and control to QHSE governance.A major recent achievement in my career has been the design and management of a complete QHSE and Technical training system built from the ground up.
