My practice focus is comprehensive/general neurology with emphasis on neuromuscular disorders including myasthenia gravis, ALS, multifocal motor neuropathy, CIDP, myopathy, neuropathy, EMG/NCS, small fiber neuropathy and nerve fiber density testing; migraine, use of neurotoxin in chronic migraine, concussion and Parkinson\'s disease are also key interest areas. My approach is to give sufficient time and attention to every patient, and to work with each patient to develop the best and most efficient diagnostic and treatment plan. I do IME and case review work as well. I am also focused on healthcare business strategies that promote the doctor-patient relationship and safeguard the independence of physician medical practices. Comprehensive independent speciality centers like Northwest Neurology play a critical role in driving high quality, cost-effective, patient-centered integrated care and are therefore critical to the future of health reform. I have worked to develop new programs at Northwest Neurology with these goals in mind; examples include Shared Medical Appointments, rapid-access outpatient specialty clinics, low-cost offerings for outpatient neuro-diagnostics and extended EEG services, wellness programs for neurology patients, on-site infusion for MS and neuromuscular disease, the Northwest Neurology Women\'s Neurology Center, TIA Clinic, and the Parkinson\'s Disease Shared Medical Appointment program.
