ABOUT ANDREW GOLDE

My name is Andrew Golde and I\'m a finance major at the Kelley School of Business. I\'m interested in working in either financial wholesale or consulting. My work experience started in high school doing landscaping and painting. I stained miles worth of fence and assisted in the upkeep of a many-acre farm. The following summer my interest in finance became very strong. I began an internship at Jackson National Life Insurance where I handled data entry, and contract issues, and worked on a recruitment team. I attended many professional development events and listened to many industry experts speak about what they do. I found a future passion when I met with internal and external wholesalers. It was a job that allowed me to help others while communicating constantly. I could benefit the lives of people retiring while having many interactions each day. I have always enjoyed working alongside people to help others. In high school, I served as the student body president. Working with the administration to better my peer\'s lives was very important to me. While at Jackson, I worked on a team that met multiple times a day to better promote Jackson within the community. Within the many teams, I have been a very communicative member who could take leadership roles when needed. I am someone who will work to benefit any company that I\'m at while still working to better all who are around me.
