About Andrew Gibson

I\'m a strategic business advisor and human capital management expert for the small and midsized market segments. I\'m a proud SEC graduate, having studied at Vanderbilt University from 20••••13 with a focus on Human and Organizational Development, specifically Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. While at Vandy, I was an active member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and our philanthropic outreaches in the Nashville community. After graduating, I briefly left Nashville to start my career in sales. After a short stint of cutting my teeth as a logistics broker for Total Quality Logistics, I was approached by a privately-held, East Coast based Telecommunications and Cloud computing company, iCore Networks, who were interested in expanding their national footprint to the Midwest and Chicagoland market. I jumped at this opportunity to be a part of opening a market for a tech company undergoing significant growth, and I developed this market until iCore was acquired by Vonage in 2015. At that time, I realized that the frozen winters of Chiberia were no longer for me, and I decided to move back to Nashville to be closer to my then Girlfriend and now Wife and Mother of my beautiful daughter. With that move back to Nashville, I decided to take another career pivot and get back to my educational background in the HCM space. I joined the ADP HRO team in November of 2015 and had a fantastic 5+ years with the Nashville team until I was approached with another opportunity to expand the national footprint of G&A Partners and go to market throughout the Southeast. I spent 2+ years at G&A and transitioned into my current role with Nextep!
