A graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems concentration, Computer Information Security. Serve as a volunteer in the Emergency Management Agency first responder in service to the Village of North Aurora, Police, and Fire Department, and surrounding towns in times of disaster where police, fire, and EMS may not be immediately available, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of community efforts in emergency response. I have emerged trained in not only complex technical skills but also sort of Emergency and problem-solving and research abilities. In addition, I possess a quality that few candidates possess: a willingness to over-deliver beyond my duty, a very resilient and attentive to detail, an excellent listener, and an understanding of the client\'s situation while a focus on resolving the issue. my academic credentials also speak for themselves. Upon discovering some inconsistencies in a previous research report, I conducted additional research to fully understand and verify the accuracy of the report the end result was a strong grasp of the subject and a resulting efficiency increase of 110% in the production process and in my profession.
