As an Associate Director, Customer Success Payer at Kalderos, I lead a team of specialists who provide innovative solutions to help healthcare payers manage drug discounts and rebates on behalf of manufacturers. I joined Kalderos in Jan 2023 as a Customer Success Specialist, and quickly demonstrated my skills in building strong relationships, delivering value, and driving retention and growth. In less than a year, I was promoted to my current role, where I oversee the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the payer segment. Prior to Kalderos, I worked as a Customer Success Manager at mPulse Mobile, a leading provider of mobile engagement solutions for healthcare. There, I managed a portfolio of clients across various verticals, and helped them achieve their goals and optimize their outcomes. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga University, and over 8 years of experience in customer success, with a focus on healthcare and payer markets.
