I’m the type of person who takes the time to fully understand the situation or problem that has to be addressed before any action is taken. Once I fully understand the background of the situation, I will compartmentalize the problem and develop a number of potential solutions which will lead me to choose the best option through analysis. When I begin to solve the problem, I will not stop until it is finished, and a successful solution is enacted.Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in an environment where I have the freedom to take the time to analyze the problem thoroughly and devise a logical plan of action before I begin a task. Additionally, by working with individuals who also value completing tasks to the best of their abilities, I will be able to fully dedicate myself to producing the highest quality solution since I will be surrounded by likeminded individuals who will work to the completion of the project.
