Travel across the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountains, Alaska, and Hawaii to promote and train salespeople on our products-Plan numerous events for our accounts in an effort to gage more interest in our appliances and learning about our brands. Events can range from 5 to 150 people along with a budget and specific KPI\'s to obtain-Oversee BSH\'s Refrigeration category in terms of training. This entails meeting with Product Managers, working on decks, updating information, and relaying this to our team-Write 2 Training Guides (one for Bosch and one for Thermador) which are produced quarterly and given to associates when they visit our showroom. Utilizing Microsoft applications to see these books from start through production-Responsible for personal traveling budget per year in terms of which accounts to visit and how to best utilize funds given-Create numerous training activities, decks and games to use when teaching salespeople about our products in accordance with the adult learning theory.
