I build order in complex environments.Not because I like control, but because clarity unlocks people.Across education, regulated industries, security, hospitality and the armed forces, the pattern has been consistent: when the stakes are high and the noise increases, I get calmer.I’m defined less by titles and more by how I operate:• I run toward ambiguity, not away from it• I bring structure where emotion dominates• I care deeply about standards and integrity• I believe performance and humanity can coexist• I build teams that take ownership, not instructionI have led organisations across Africa and the UK, managed large dispersed teams, and operated in environments where reputations, contracts and safety were on the line. What matters most to me is not the size of the role, it’s the quality of the outcome and the people who grow in the process.Outside work, I’m competitive by nature. Sport, discipline and constant improvement shape how I think.
