ABOUT ANDREW FLETCHER

I’m a Divisional Manager at Service Care Solutions, where I have the privilege of leading an amazing team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing truly compassionate, personalized care to every client. Over the past nine years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across mental health, nursing, and healthcare management, which has given me a solid understanding of how to support people in a way that feels holistic and client-focused.For me, great leadership means creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best work, working together to deliver care that not only meets but exceeds expectations — all while respecting the dignity and well-being of those we serve. I really care about finding new and better ways to improve quality of life and support recovery, and I’m always looking for fresh ideas and approaches.My degree in Criminology from The University of Wolverhampton gives me a bit of a different lens to look through — it’s helped me appreciate the bigger picture around healthcare and social justice, especially when it comes to understanding and advocating for the vulnerable people we work with.I’m always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, because healthcare is constantly changing, and there’s always room to make a positive difference. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to ensure that every person we care for gets the best possible support, and that we make a meaningful impact in their lives and the communities around us.
