I am the founder and managing attorney of Fisher Corporate Law, a firm focused on helping entrepreneurs, executives, and small- to medium-sized businesses and startups work through legal challenges and opportunities. Being an entrepreneur myself, my firm emphasizes practical legal advice and flat fee billing.Our wheelhouse includes LLC and corporation formations, contract review and preparation, trademark filings, financings, M&A, and pretty much any other legal transaction a new or small business might face today.My professional training and career includes 20+ years\' experience as a corporate attorney focusing on early stage, angel- and venture-backed companies.Both before and during my legal career, I have been involved in small businesses at every stage - from summers spent banging nails for a family construction business, to founding a retail cupcake bakery (yum!) which I sold in 2019, a legal-tech SaaS solution, and a custom closet design and installation firm.I\'m also an L1 CrossFit coach, yoga teacher (RYT200), and I drink a lot of coffee to keep up with my energetic kids and one badass surgeon wife.
