A Lincolnshire based industrialist who has achieved regional and national recognition for leadership of manufacturing businesses. I have had a tremendously rewarding career starting in the early 1980\'s and have had the great pleasure of working with some brilliant people over the years. I\'ve won a few awards, but also picked up my fair share of battle scars. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to support the development of some fantastic young (and sometimes not so young) colleagues and see their careers progress.
