Managing a global team of multi-disciplinary experts who provide technical support for vacuum and controlled atmosphere melting and processing. Processes include, but are not limited to, vacuum induction melting (VIM), vacuum precision investment casting (VPIC), induction skull melting (ISM), vacuum inert gas atomization (VIGA), electroslag remelting (ESR), and vacuum arc remelting (VAR). Consarc\'s Technology Team focuses on safety, process excellence, training, and research and development. Tasks and Accomplishments: • Grow team from 2 to 10+ people located in 5+ countries. • Effectively manage local and global employees as a team and individually by embracing a hybrid work environment and IT infrastructure and tools to support. • Foster a supportive teamwork attitude and approach to task management. Great teamwork promotes productivity and excellent customer support with a framework for around-the-clock availability with team members located in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. • Manage with a focus on employee engagement and development. My goal is to remove barriers, provide support, and set my team members up for success. I consider myself successful when my employees are highly effective without needing my support and guidance. • Establish effective and regular working rhythm with key personnel throughout the global Consarc and Inductotherm Group companies to provide global yet local support to customers.
