About Andrew Eis

A leader with nearly 20 years of experience across multiple industries and teams. I found a passion in the energy industry - where we literally power the world and provide cheap and abundant energy to lift billions out of poverty and for civilizations to thrive. From the field, to the shop, to the corporate offices of both Halliburton and Equinor I was able to utilize my broad technical understanding and leadership to make an impact as I moved about the US with expanded responsibilities.In Austin, after Equinor and sales consulting, I took a leap and pivoted into off-road electric vehicles at a start-up called Volcon ePowersports. As Director of Operations (manufacturing), I led all of the operations team and factory development to achieve the first company milestones, including full production and distribution. The level of effort and hours this took month after month is difficult to describe - but it was extremely rewarding experience professionally and personally.In 2022 I took another leap BACK into Oil and Gas, but this time into Tech and SaaS space. These technologies are driving efficiency and value back into operations - a passion and motivating force to push every day to make clients and the industry better. The opportunities are endless with the need for total energy and energy stability only increasing. As of November 2023, I am also representing Lateral Completions, a downhole tool company that I have gotten to know very well over the last few years.
