I am an experienced and highly commercial leader, specialising as a General Counsel and Company Secretary, with a passion for demonstrating the value a dynamic business minded lawyer can bring to any business. Having worked in a broad range of sectors including financial services, retail and real estate, I bring fresh insights and perspectives, together with drive, energy and a ‘can do’ attitude. I have significant executive level experience within FTSE 250 and small caps, in purpose driven, customer focused businesses; and thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments, whether leading larger legal teams or as a sole counsel managing a diverse and challenging workload. I’m a genuine people person who enjoys developing strong relationships across stakeholders, as well as developing and leading diverse and collaborative high performing teams, across different functions and internationally.
