In 2024, I was appointed Managing Partner for DLA Piper\'s UK business, following five years as the Leeds office managing partner. My client practice is in the field of data protection, privacy and cyber-security where I advise on data governance, policy and regulatory matters for our clients including leading global businesses and governmental bodies. I led development of our international privacy team, as Global Co-Chair of our Data, Privacy and Cyber Practice, for seven years from 2017. I am delighted to retain an active practice with our key clients, and continue to support Leeds University in my role as Honorary Visiting Fellow in inter-disciplinary applied ethics.
