Team manager and technical lead for Body Systems team within Polestar, responsible for design, development and delivery of- Body Domain functions and systems, including Comfort & Convenience, Lighting, Visibility, Security & Climate - Climate Control Sub-System, including hardware and software requirements - Core Components, including Central Compute/Control Units, Gateways and Power Distribution Controllers Key Responsibilities & Deliverables- Team strategy definition and growing team with relevant personnel and skills - Develop future strategies and technology roadmaps, identifying new technology developments required - Lead team planning and execution against business deliverables - Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner OEM’s and supplier partners - Effective leadership, supporting and coaching team members to evolve and grow as engineers - Define processes, tools and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency - Ensure that systems and components are delivered on time and meet cost, design, and quality targets - Maintain alignment and strong relationships with senior leadership
