ABOUT ANDY DENT

In my current role with The Oxford Group, we build relationships and partnerships with the worlds leading organisations to offer leadership, coaching and training to deliver improved performance and measurable impact. Having qualified as Executive Coach in 2014 I have become more and more passionate about all things leadership and learning (particularly leadership and personal development) and became a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management in July 2018. Over the last 20 years I have gained significant experience of training/accreditation in leadership, managing, coaching, customer service, sales and health and fitness. Built on a foundation of experiences managing and leading large teams in the health and fitness sector and more recently leading business development, sales and engagement functions. I have supported a number of large national and international businesses to develop and accredit leadership, management and coaching programmes and spoken at CIPD Learning and Development and the Annual HR Conferences in 2016 and 2017.
