During my freshman year of college I interacted with my first chatbot through a Facebook ad. Never before had I seen anything like it! I\'d never written a line of code in my life, but I understood the business potential of using this automation.Googling \"how to build a Facebook bot without coding\" led me to Chatfuel. At first I built useless bots, but I was still obsessed! I had the power to create interactive user experiences without learning a programming language. Bots could increase a small business owner\'s ROI by 200X! They could save lives by using AI to provide help for people with suicidal intentions. I know this because I built them.Over time, I knew that I had to share everything I was learning. So that summer I began drafting an outline for a much-needed educational chatbot course. I started filming each lesson and — miracously — finished the whole course in one sitting on my bedroom floor. Full of energy and excitement, I was shaping the future of digital marketing!The course was published on Udemy later that month. Chatfuel\'s CEO took notice of its popularity, offered me a job, and the rest is history.
