As a Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill, I revolved around a number of different positions in the kitchen. I have worked as a line worker, a drive-thru worker, a cashier, a grill cook, and as a dishwasher. All of those jobs required a lot of collaboration and efficiency in the tasks.I worked with a plethora of coworkers, which required great communication and teamwork. My jobs and tasks all had common themes, such as creating a product that keeps the customer happy, satisfied, and most importantly; safe. Also, the job required being face-to-face with the customer, which meant understanding and satisfying their needs, no matter the customer’s attitudes or difficulty of request.
