ABOUT ANDREW JONES

Even when I was little, I was always drawn to the overlooked kids. The ones who no one played with. Talked to. Even acknowledged at all. I didn’t know it at the time, but it was because I saw more in them than others did. And I knew, with just a little help, they would begin to see more in themselves, too. As I grew professionally, I have learned how to do this very same thing, but faster, more effectively, and for many people at the same time. Sometimes, it was by creating compelling content targeted to specific areas of growth for members. Other times, it was through facilitating training to large audiences and small cohorts. But my favorite times were by collaborating with effective, cross-functional teams to develop members in ways I never could have imagined on my own. Over 13 years. I\'ve had a lot of practice. Here are some highlights: Facilitated 20 separate training programs of 50 participants each, resulting in an average of 90% reported increased personal growth via post-training assessment. 🧭 Led a cross-functional team of 10 members to create a digital learning journey for an online adult training program, gaining participants in one month. Designed and delivered course content for semester based leadership development pathway, averaging 40+ new leaders identified and deployed annually. My experience has taught me that the best leaders are humble enough to listen, driven to keep learning and increasing results, and focused on developing the people around them, because as the people go, so goes the company. Everything I\'ve done along the way - teaching and training, content design, coaching, and collaboration -still serve a simple purpose: helping people reach their full potential, even when they cannot see it yet. Out of the office, I love game night with the family, consuming all things sci-fi, and rooting for the KC Chiefs. I am ready to connect if you’re excited about these things.
