Performed both Delivery Manager and SRUM Master roles to drive the daily activities of two teams delivering Infrastructure specific activities:UCS and VMWare• We completed the vSphere 6.7 to 7 upgrade (vCenter, UCS Firmware and ESXi hosts) in both Resilience and Production environments to meet aggressive EoSL deadline.• Migrated VM’s from Cloud to On-Prem platform so they could be migrated onto HLZ platform.• Managed Patching cycles for ESXi Servers.Performance EngineeringThe PE team make recommendations for all systems within BIP to ensure they run as efficiently as possible. • Monitoring Prod environments to ensure they meet the agreed SLA’s.• Predicting future loads.• Estimating future capacity.• Recommending any performance configuration to accommodate growth.• Supporting performance test with config of testbeds.Also, I made it my goal to improve the team’s visibility and educated our customers about earlier engagement.
