   In my most recent role with Walmart, I was asked by executive leadership to come in and lead the HR organization for the ambient supply chain business. I have a team of over 300 HR associates that support 70+ US facilities and 65K associates. I oversee all aspects of large-scale HR project management including strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, assessment and optimization, and change management.
