About Andrew Silver

Graduated from Florida State University graduate in 2023, studying commercial entrepreneurship at the Jim Moran college at FSU. My work experience is diverse and includes entrepreneurial endeavors as well as many entry level sales positions. During a long quarantine I had to figure out a way to earn money safely. I created the company College Boy Carwash, a mobile detailing company that specialized in detailing cars of all types for an affordable price. After having done all marketing, customer service, and operation for the business, I had performed 100 washes in my first 60 days of business netting over in revenue. I had to hang up the sponge when it was time to return to Tallahassee in the fall for school. I always had a passion for real estate, so I obtained my license in Florida and applied to become a leasing agent at the newest, most luxurious student living apartments in town (The Campbell Tallahassee). I sold over 450 leases in my time working there as well as dealt with customer complaints and daily needs learning the ins and out of property management. This helped guide me to transition into Commercial Real Estate where I have decided to go the brokerage route. Post grad, I’ve spent the last year working at Echo Fine Properties where I conducted over $2.0 million in transactions as Commercial Real Estate Advisor. Here I have mastered what it takes to be a licensed agent while working on land deals, office leasing, and Multifamily assets. Honing in on Multifamily as an asset class, I have decided to move brokerages to SVN Commercial Partners and join the SVN Multi-Housing team.
